Getting Started:
- Select your quantity and hat style.
- Email your preferred color selection and vector artwork to art@odinleathergoods.com.
- Expect a mockup of your patch within 3 business days.
- Review the mockup for accuracy and respond with "APPROVED" or provide comments for necessary edits.
Pricing:
Custom Leather Patch Hats are available in multiples of 12, with pricing based on single color and style combinations. While our standard pricing is based on commonly selected hat and patch styles, premium or upgraded options may incur slight price adjustments.

Materials:
We pride ourselves on using only top-quality REAL leather for our patches. No vinyl, "leatherette," or synthetic materials are used. Our goal is for your leather patches to age and develop a beautiful patina over years of use.
Turnaround Times:
Standard turnaround times are 4-5 weeks, including hat procurement. For rush orders, contact us directly for personalized assistance.
Patch Designs:
Vector artwork in black and white is essential for detailed and high-quality patches. Custom patches can be circular, oval, rectangular, or shaped to match your artwork. Graphic design support is available at a billable rate of $50/hour.
Hat Styles:
Our in-house hat brand is Kamel, and for larger orders, we can source other premium brands and styles per your requirements. By default, custom patches are crafted from natural/russet color REAL leather, with tan, brown and black available upon request.
